Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties black powder, insoluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in acetone, chloroform, pyridine, toluene, soluble in o-chlorophenol, xylene, tetralin. It is dark purple in concentrated sulfuric acid, and it becomes dark purple after dilution. The leuco in the alkaline hydrosulfite reduction solution is purple, and it is dark red in the acidic solution. Originally green, it turns black after oxidation. It is currently used as black vat dyes. It belongs to this anthrone anthraquinone vat dye. |
Use | Uses reduced black BBN is mainly used for cotton fiber dyeing, after dyeing by oxidant (such as sodium hypochlorite or sodium nitrite and concentrated sulfuric acid) treatment, color from dark green to black, color and light stability, levelness and affinity are very good. Also used for dyeing viscose fiber, silk, wool, Vinylon and cotton blended fabrics. Reduced Black BBN is also effective for dyeing silk, new and force, levelness are good. Dyeing viscose fiber has light color, and the color light is slightly dark at high temperature. Can also be dyed vinylon, but the color is red and purple. Dyed cotton blend fabric, color light is also red. After finishing with resin such as urea-formaldehyde, the color and light of the dyed matter did not change. Reduced Black BBRN is also used for cotton fabric dyeing, suitable for suspension pad dyeing. The leuco body is used for dyeing yarns. It can be dyed in light color without bleaching solution, and can be dyed in gray or black by chlorine bleaching. It can also be dyed in viscose, vinylon, cotton and wool, silk and wool. |

using violet anthrone (C.I.59800) as raw material, nitrating it in chloroacetic acid (or glacial acetic acid) with nitric acid (98%) to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, washed, crushed and dried.
Add 600kg of chloroacetic acid mother liquor into the nitrification pot, raise the temperature to 23-27 ℃, add 80kg of violet anthrone, stir for 30min, add 80kg of nitric acid (96%), nitrification reaction for 2h, after reaching the end point, add it to ice water for dilution and pressure filtration. Take the filter cake and beat it for 30min, neutralize it with hydrochloric acid to pH = 7-8, press the filter, and wash it to neutral. Then beat the filter cake, add diffusion agent and other grinding, dry to obtain 152kg of finished dye.

It is also used for dyeing viscose fiber, silk, wool, vinylon and vinylon blended fabrics. Reduced black BBN is also effective for dyeing silk, with good newness and levelness. The viscose fiber is light in color, and the color light is slightly dark at high temperature. It can also be dyed with vinylon, but the color is reddish and purple. The dyed cotton-dimensional blended fabric is also redder. The dye of this product has no change in color light after finishing with urea-formaldehyde and other resins. reduced black BBRN is also used for dyeing cotton fabrics, suitable for suspension pad dyeing. Its leuco is used to dye yarn. It can be dyed light-colored without bleaching liquid treatment, and can be dyed gray or black by chlorine bleaching. It can also dye viscose, vinylon, cotton and dimensional blends, silk and wool. |
